Currently, http://docs.xfce.org/contribute/translate/start describes only to use Tx, but we have https://wiki.xfce.org/translations and (some of) wiki pages should be more useful/important. So, please guide new contributors to wiki on http://docs.xfce.org/contribute/translate/start.
Since we restructured the docs page I guess this bug is fixed and ready for closing.
