The cursor blinking rate changes noticeably faster in the 'Test area' of the Keyboard settings, than in the 'real world' (i.e. in applications). I estimate that the blinking is about twice as fast. This isn't a big thing, but hey, we do want xfce to be perfect, don't we? ;-)
