This bug is triggered by the invalid fix for bug 9570.

Can you please link or attach the changelog of exo 0.10.4-2?

Resolved by reverting the bad commit.  Change here:

For the record, exo 0.10.4-2 in Arch had reverted the same two commits that are now reverted in exo 0.10.5.
