I've recently updated to 4.12 and the fact that there are two focused windows -- one using selected using the mouse, the other using the keyboard -- confuses me. As a result I keep selecting the wrong window. I'm not even sure how I do it, but I'm pretty sure if there was an option for the task switcher to ignore the mouse it would help me a lot.

For the time being I turned compositing off, so now at least the mouse pointer overlaps with the task switcher less often.
