Created attachment 6106 "Unknown song", "Unknown album", "Unknown artist" Everytime an MP3 song is played on Parole Media Player, this bug appears. The song name, album and artist are always shown as "Unknown". It seems a problem with MP3 ID3 tags. I've attached a screenshot.
Yes, that's likely a problem with the ID3 tags. IIRC there is more than one version/standard for ID3 tags. We rely on gstreamer to read those tags, so maybe it isn't compatible with all of them. So all in all, I wouldn't consider this a bug in Parole. When editing/adding tags via Thunar's media-tags plugin the result is what I see in Parole. So generally this works fine.
