After reboot 2015/03/19 screen brightness reduced to 20%. Panel plugin missing, Settings Manager/Power Manager sliders unresponsive, keyboard buttons (fn + f8) unresponsive.

Right clicked panel added power manager and all is fine now. Updated to 3.19.2-1-MANJARO today - 2 reboots, seemingly no further issue.

I think, this should be a bug report for xfce4-power-manager, not xfce4-battery-plugin.
