Thunar not updating files list

Thunar Version - 1.6.6

Operating system  - Fedora 22

Issue:

If I create or delete a file in another application (xfce4-terminal or guake terminal, for example), Thunar does not show the created (or remove deleted) file unless manually refreshed.

Refreshing can be navigating to another directory and returning or click on the refresh icon.

Screenshots attached - 

"thunar_does_not_update.png" shows thunar not updating the file but terminal shows the created file.

"after_refresh.png" shows file shown in thunar window.
