Hi,

It would be very nice if the settings manager would display all settings icons (like any other desktop environment does)

for example my Package Manager(Synaptic) is tagged as:

Categories=PackageManager;GTK;System;Settings;

an there is a System section in the settings manager so it would only make sense to display them there

other examples would be the Flash Player settings:

Categories=Settings;GNOME;GTK;X-GNOME-PersonalSettings;

or Obconf

Categories=Settings;DesktopSettings;GTK;

Also by moving them into the settings manager, the weird "Settings" submenu could be replaced with a simple link to the settings manager.

You may look this link, there is instruction how to fix it. Xfce forum moderator said that it's up to distro devs to decide what settings manager will contain
