The tabbing feature of terminal is very nice, but to be able to drag a tab from a window to another terminal window, we need to have them as tabs. There should be a way to drag a terminal 'window' (with a single tab, unshown) to an existing terminal window with several tabs, so that the terminal window is merged into the tabs for the other window.
An obvious workaround, as you've probably figured out, is to open an intermittent terminal tab next to the one you'd like to drag :)
Of course but that's a bit "meh" :)
I'm not sure about this... it would mean that one would be unable to drag a terminal window above other window.
What about introducing a "merge mode", as suggested by weyfonk? When in this mode, a window could be merged into another one.
