Created attachment 5986 thunar tree view vs caja tree view After plugging in my android phone into my laptop, i noticed that in tree view, thunar is listing two entries for the phone, and it also had two entries for the phone in shortcuts view, but placed the second one under the network section.

This has always been the case for me, too. Though, the entry under "network" just redirects you to the entry under "Devices" (clicking on the former will select the latter in the tree view).
This issue is still present in thunar 1.8.9.
