Use $(datadir)/xfce4/mixer/ as MIXER_DATADIR

This is instead of $(datadir)/xfce4-mixer/ - it appears that
every other Xfce component (or at least the ones installed on
my system here) use $(datadir)/xfce4/$(app)/ or something
similar, so this will be more consistent with other components
