It's happend after update from "clear" Manjaro 0.8.12 XFCE.

Hi,

That looks like a font rendering / graphics driver bug. You should talk to your user support first, it's unlikely to be Xfce related.

If you can't solve this by using different graphics drivers, then please comment and tell us what you tried and what hardware you use, so we can start investigating.
