It that possible to keep different "cursor shape" in different terminal window/tab? If so, can anyone give me a hint on how to do so?
Bug 7221 has a patch pending.
I've added the cursor shape setting aside from bug 7221 but it doesn't solve the issue - the setting gets applied to all terminal windows. I doubt that this could be implemented in a straight-forward way (e.g. gnome-terminal has the same behavior).
