0001-Allow-ctrl-middle-click-in-shortcut-and-treeview-pan.patch

The attached patch implements <ctrl>+middle click to open a shortcut/treepane item in a new tab/window, according to the corresponding user preference. This makes the behaviour for these items equal to that of the icons/list/details views.

Updated patch that tries to clean up the key_pressed/released functions and fixes <ctrl>-<click> only working every second time. In unpatched thunar, <ctrl>-<click> does nothing except moving the selection, now it does the same thing as a single click on the item (as requested by sidi on IRC).

Small error in my previous post, that would be the button pressed/released functions, not the key pressed/released of course.

Update with the fix for the shortcut pane also applied to the tree view pane.
