Add an ability to display Unicode Control Character and another that would Display Nonprinting Characters.

Similar to /View/Nonprinting Characters Ctrl+F10 of LibreOffice.

I guess that should be easy for whitespaces:

I don't know if it's possible to draw every non-printable char as Notepad++ does.
