Currently TaskManager proposes the following items in the c-menu of a process, in that order: 
Terminate 
Stop/Continue 
Kill


In my opinion this order isn't optimal. More logical would be to have the items as follows: 
Stop/Continue 
Terminate 
Kill

First comes an option that would not exit the app. Second comes the option that would ask the app to exit gracefully. And third is the option that would brute force the app to exit. 

Such an arrangement would be more consistent and intuitive, IMO.
