Created attachment 5796 Hide Intelligently I switched to "hide intelligently" in panel preferences > automatically hide panel > Intelligently. When clicking the window list button or Dockbarx icon it autohides and only intellihides when clicking the minimize window button. When clicking the menu button the panel hides. When Dockbarx plugin is enabled icons can't be pinned or rearranged without temporarily disabling intellihide.

Not sure I understand your report. Also since that time lots of fixes went into autohiding and intellihide. Please test again and report a new bug if this problem still occurs (incl. a description how to reproduce).
