It would be much better if shell scripts would be launched(double click) in a terminal - I know I can already use a custom action like "xfce4-terminal --hide-menubar --hide-toolbar --working-directory=%d -e ./%n" but It's still launched without any feedback per default

This has been changed; Shell scripts are now opened by default, not executed. You can use a custom action to execute them.
