If you have the compositor selected, it would be nice if windows could be
auto-transparant if they are not selected

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. add auto-opacity to xfwm's compositor
2. 
3.

Automatic transparancy on unselected windows

This would be great, and allow Xfce to catch up with the features that other
lightweight window managers that support Composite provide.

I would love this function, only with a fade to the (lets say) 40% of the not
selected window !
