xfwm gives possibility to assign shortcut for "Stick Window". It would be nice
to have it also for "Always On Top". Not everyone needs that but it's quite handy.

There are more things to be "shortcutted". The more there are, the more space we
would have for our user shorcuts for applications etc.

A patch that makes Alt+F12 (changeable of course) the keybinding for "Always on top"

Unfortunately, this feature cannot be added to the stable branch and it's already in trunk... But thanks anyway for the patch ;)
