Description Thomas Connolly 2014-09-05 17:03:18 CEST
I checked all other keys, including uppercase, and all but the lowercase "i" does not get recorded to the screen when typed. The letter i, as you can see, is functional in all but the terminal. (by the way, my version is 0.6.3, which is not shown in your dropdown menu.
I cannot function without the i, so this bug is critical. Thank you.

Hello Thomas,
I can't reproduce this bug. Can you attach a screenshot? Also, this problem is only with xfce4-terminal or can you reproduce in gnome terminal or xterm?

@Egmont, the OP from askbuntu reported that he was able to type the capital "B", opposed to what the reporter of this bug claims.

@Thomas, please check the instructions provided by Egmont in askbuntu and/or provide more information.

oops, I misread his description of the bug. So it's very likely to related to the problem reported in askbuntu.

Closing this bug. Feel free to reopen if the instructions provided by Egmont don't solve this problem.
