I would like to specify the length of a panel not as % of the screen but in pixels, like "Length (px): XXX" or also as "Screen width/height minus (px): XXX". I think this would solve the problem of "two panels in a corner", too.
I, too, would like the option of specifying a panel length in pixels rather than as a percentage of the screen.
