Patch to change the file menu entry order

This patch changes the order of the close entries in the "File" menu to make them a bit more intuitive.

Currently it is like this:
Close All Windows
Close Tab
Close Window

In my opinion it would be more consistent like this, where the least drastic action is the first one and the most drastic one the last:
Close Tab
Close Window
Close All Windows

A patch for the corresponding XML file is atached.

While from a certain point of view the reordering makes sense too, the current order is better suited because this way the more important entries are where the user expects them and can access them easily (most frequently used), e.g. the user won't have to search for "Close window" because it is at the bottom and will rarely use "Close all windows", so it is not too bad to have to "search" for this. Therefore I am closing this bug report.
