Fix display desktop file that include extension in icon name..

When desktop files include a icon name with extention like "fedorausb.png", g_themed_icon_new() can not create the icon.. and xfdesktop show a ugly icon..

This is practically copy and pastes from Thunar code: See http://git.xfce.org/xfce/thunar/tree/thunar/thunar-file.c#n945
