XFCE Panel settings no/missing option for center-right align

Xfce4-panel

Description Kenneth Gessner 2005-08-05 19:41:09 CEST
In a previous version of XFCE4 there were options for aligning the panel on the
edge of the screen. (vertical alignment). The options appear to have been
removed and now the panel keeps aligning in the bottom right corner (still
vertical), but I would like it to retain center-right aligned.. which it does
not do.

I find it a minor annoyance.

Er, not sure why this is assigned to me.

What version are you using? You should be able to drag the panel to the center
and it should stay there.

Reporter, could you please answer my question? Otherwise I have no choice but to
close the report.

Ok, thanks. Now, when you move the panel, does it snap to the center location
and the corners, like it should?

Yes, it does snap as should.
If it matters at all, I do have the option for "Automatically save session on
logout" selected, under the Session and Startup settings.

Hmm, I really don't know what could be the problem. I don't think I will be able
to fix this for 4.2.

Bad excuse, but I won't have time to fix this for 4.2. The new 4.4 panel works completely differently, so I don't think it will have the same problem. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
