I cannot change my gtk+ theme, mouse theme, fonts, etc. with xfce4-settings-4.11.2-r1. Whenever I select a GTK+ theme that I want to change to, nothing happens (in previous versions, selecting a different theme was enough to change it)...the same is true for fonts and the mouse theme. This issue does not affect the window manager settings, panel settings, desktop settings, and all others...just appearance.
