Allow to setup hotkey for "set title" feature.

It will be very handy in case one create several tabs (or windows) via Ctrl+Shift+T (Ctrl+T) and instantly set its title, without using mouse.

Also it would be very handly if single tab opened.

Resolved by http://git.xfce.org/apps/xfce4-terminal/commit/?id=d2a65b16250f584c9069b61a4e3d45591a45b73b - Shift+Ctrl+S may be used.
