This is a feature request rather than a bug report.

Could a mouse pointer locator be added to Xfce similar to what is available in some other desktop environments? For example, in other environments a keyboard shortcut can be assigned to help locate the mouse pointer, such as by drawing circles around the pointer when Ctrl is pressed.

To me it seems like this belongs more as an Accessibility setting. Doing it in xfdesktop doesn't sound too hard either way...
