Can't unmount sshfs mount because of loop device
Status:
RESOLVED: MOVED

Description Konstantin Svist 2014-05-18 18:47:01 CEST
I created sshfs mount ~/mymnt/ to remote server.
While browsing files in it, I double-clicked a .iso file -- this created a loopback device which is visible and mountable in Thunar.

When trying to unmount ~/mymnt/ I get:

$ fusermount -u mymnt
fusermount: failed to unmount /home/kostya/mymnt: Device or resource busy

When mounted in Thunar, mount command returns:

/dev/loop0 on /run/media/kostya/MYISO type udf (ro,nosuid,nodev,relatime,uid=1000,gid=1000,umask=77,iocharset=utf8,uhelper=udisks2)

There's no trace of "mymnt" in lsof, so it's really not obvious why it's so hard to unmount

P.S. Using Fedora 20
