panel configuration dialogue - pop up hint for 'dont reserve space for borders' is incorrect - it has the same comment as the 'automatically show and hide the panel' option both say 'select this option to hide the panel when the pointer is not above it ....'

Still present in 4.10.1 And in the interests of correct grammar .... "Don't" should be "Do not". Contractions are fine for "casual" use
