With xfdesktop version 4.10.2, when the current image list contains an empty line, xfdesktop will hang on startup with 100% CPU load on one core.

Steps to reproduce:
* Select background images to be displayed from a list
* Insert an empty line into the list file (either in the middle or at the end, doesn't matter)
* Try to start xfdesktop, it will not

Since it's possible that someone might manually edit an image list and a newline at the end of the file gets added, I think this bug is kind of serious, especially because it's not obvious what is the cause of the problem (no error message generated).
