Description Mr and Mrs D 2014-03-09 18:28:55 CET
App Menu > Settings > Window Manager keyboard tab - choose "Move window to workspace" and press Alt+Shift+1 (1 being in the row of keys under the F keys). It will display as Alt+exclam and will do nothing when hit

Alt+1 works for "go to workspace"

Expected:
When I hit Alt+Shift+1 the current window is moved to workspace 1. Moreover in the keyboard dialog the shortcut should be displayed as Alt+Shift+1 (not a mere matter of view I'm afraid, apparently this is near the root of the failure of the shortcut to work)

This goes deeper than it looks - essentially it is about the robustness of keyboard shortcuts system - should have 0 failures
