Hello Xfce4 devs and community
So i installed Xubuntu 14.04 LTS while was on alpha, and i decided to try "Docky" a elegant dock that exists already for 14.04, its version is the 2.2 and i never tried this dock on xubuntu before, even when i used xubuntu 13.10.

Problem is everytime xfce4 display a notification or tries to, the dock closes itself, leaving me without knowing if the problem is from docky or Xfce4-notifyd.

If an attachment is needed please let me know in order to provide you will all the info that i can in order the Xfce to fix this.

Many Thanks.

Hello Pedro,
I've just installed docky here(Archlinux) and I couldn't reproduce the bug.
I've tried notify-send, volumed notification when changing volume and the python code present in Bug 10795.

Does this bug happen for any or all of the methods described above?
Also, try to run docky from the console and check for any suspicious message.
