Desktop icons does not fit well in xubuntu.

Trash and home folder seems to be bigger than the others, probably 48 pixel size. Devices and install icons use 32 pixel icons.

Scale down special icons

This patch should scale down the special icons. Let me know
if it does/doesn't work.

The patch works fine here. All desktop icons seem to be properly scaled now.
