System:Linux Mint14 XFCE.
When compiling xfce4-weather-plugin-0.8.3 with --prefix=/usr option there is a conflict with another plugin xfce4-equake-plugin 1.3.3-1 during the installation process.
Since the original fault report is a mix of local language and English, they have been substituted in the forwarded report.
The fault does not seem to have an immediate effect on executing the weather-plugin.

 attempt to overwrite '/usr/share/icons/hicolor/icon-theme.cache', which also is found in the package xfce4-equake-plugin 1.3.3-1
