I can't actually remove the Eyes plugin from the SVN panel. Right click anywhere
on the eyes or in the area just gives me the right click menu for the panel proper.

Other odd behavior = button one click on the eyes acts like a button 1 click on
the panel handles. Namely, I can click on the eyes and drag the panel around.
