No drag taget if destination folder is full of folders

RESOLVED: MOVED

Currently you can't drag&drop something in a folder if the folder is shown as detailed list and is full of only other folders (and the window can't be made bigger) so there is no space to drop it.

One possible (partial) solution would be to make the tabs an additional drop area so you could drop files there. This of cause only works if there are any tabs but would be good anyway.

Another solution would be to make size/type/modified/... columns not to be a drop target so the files could be droped there.

Unmarking duplicate. With the current implementation, this is not an easy fix, do I am decoupling this from 11605.
