The bookmarks pane is not synced with changes to the bookmarks file that occur
outside of the Thunar process.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Thunar
2. Open Mousepad
3. Open Mousepad "Open File" dialog
4: Add a directory to the bookmarks
5. New bookmark does not show up in Thunar, and no amount of clicking around
will cause Thunar to reread .gtk-bookmarks




A real solution likely depends on Bug #1003
