Add support for focusing windows by direction

Here is a patch that adds support for switching windows using direction. I like to arrange my windows in the same way as a tiling wm does, but than I miss the possibility to hit for example alt-left to focus the window at the left of the active window.

Would you consider this a useful feature that you can integrate upstream ? If so, could you review the patch and point me to the changes needed so that it can be integrated ?

Olivier: Could you please tell Damien whether you'd consider accepting his feature request, and if so what could be missing from the patch?

Damien: Preemptively before Olivier gets to replying, did you ensure your code works well with multi-monitor setups? It would most likely need to in order to be merged.

Thanks.
