Hi,

This is a feature request for an Xfce plugin to display window title buttons and/or the window title. Ideally, this plugin should at least have the option to:

1.) Appear only when the active window is maximized
2.) Remove titlebars (xfwm4 decorations) from maximized windows

It's a seemingly small feature that's been missing since the Gnome 2.x era, and one that is quite efficient at saving screen real estate and providing a better mouse-oriented user-experience when working with maximized windows (Fitt's Law).

Note: I'm not stating that this should be made default, merely that the option should be provided to the many, many users customizing their Xfce Desktops.

My personal thanks to the developers for their time, hard work, and generosity. I switched to Xfce about a year ago, and never really looked back since. ^_^

While this could be created as a separate plugin, we won't implement this in the panel itself.
