Fix for a SIGABRT in orage_copy_file

My orange was built with all optional features enabled from git master and linked against the latest libraries available in xubuntu 13.10.

Attached a fix, bug #10261 may be related.

Steps to reproduce in my instance:
1) Have an empty or non-existant orage_archive.ics
2) Attempt to copy or move the archive using the Exchange Data dialog

This looks clearly a bug and indeed can also explain 10261 and also why I was not able to reproduce that.

Managed to reproduce this.
Fixed in 4.9.7.2
