The Applications Menu appears to be missing the Finance category. It does appear to be garcon related, something like this bug report https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1038 and http://standards.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/latest/apas02.html is the additional categories in the menu spec. So the sub-menus just needs to be added to garcon.
