Add support for 8cm 1.4GB DVD-R's.

I'm rejecting this patch because those mini DVDs are not very common.

It is important to note that this does NOT prevent you from using them! That dropdown box is for guidance only, as long as you don't fill the composition up too much, you will be able to burn to the mini DVD as is already.

But still, thanks for the patch! That's always nice to see.
