I want to change and add Keyboard Application Shortcuts but I Cannot seem to modify or add another shortcut because the Shortcut text box is not present( only background is showing), the text box is not present.
Text Box is present only Command.

The UI has been improved in the development version but in the stable version:

- to edit a shortcut double click the line in the shortcut column, not in the command column
- when creating a shortcut, enter the command, click ok and then a second dialog pops up allowing you to choose the shortcut

Can you confirm it also works that way for you?
