Is there any reason xfce4-vala needs to be arch specific? 

if it installed it's pc file under /usr/share/pkgconfig and removed the libdir from the pc file it should all work as expected no?

I'm looking at packaging this up for Fedora and if it can be noarch it seems like it would be a lot cleaner.
