colorschemes/solarized-dark: Fixed wrong foreground

Hi,

"[...] in the case of a dark background colorscheme, the normal relationship for background and body text is base03:base0 (please note that body text is *not* base00)." [1]

Since base0 is equal to #839496 in the dark version of solarized, the foreground color is wrong. I've fixed that and made a patch against master.
