When moving down the list of themes in settings>appearance>style the theme colors change until hitting oxygen-gtk. The title bar color then turns light blue, and stays that way even when moving up or down in the theme list. It stays the same until restarting xfwm4
I can't confirm this issue anymore at all. The colors of the window decoration follows the Gtk+ theme selection instantly.
