I have the Clearlooks gtk2 and metacity themes installed under
/usr/share/themes/Clearlooks. When I place the xfwm4 Clearlooks theme under
~/.themes/Clearlooks/xfwm4 then it does not appear in the list. When I rename it
to ~/.themes/Clearlooks2/xfwm4 then it does.

version is 4.2.2

Yeap, that's a know issue (the settings plugin keeps a cache of the themes and
doesn't update then when the inner dirs changes)

Oops, that was a bug, fixed in SVN, both branches.
