Hi, a Debian user reported an issue with appfinder. He's using a setup where he has two $DISPLAY handled by the same Xserver (thus two xfwm4, afaict). In his situation, when he xfrun4/xfce4-appfinder, they always appear on the same DISPLAY, since it's usually a dbus call to the already running process. Same situation exists with xfce4-terminal (bug #10133). Downstream bug report is at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=715313

The patch is interesting to have, but does not apply because appfinder was rewritten and its GDBus code is now in a separate file. Porting is not 100% trivial since we now have a GDBus object with a different internal structure. Given the gains to be had and the need for this patch to be tested, it should be post-poned to 4.12.1 or 4.14.
