Description xfce.bugs 2013-06-07 03:33:49 CEST
Xfce 4.8 (Debian 7.0 Wheezy)
Thunar 1.2.3

When the user is copying a large number of files (for example, the entire home folder for a backup) but does not want to overwrite every file.

Adding a "Skip All" button to the "this file already exists" dialog alongside Skip, Replace, Replace All, and Cancel, would not only speed up transfer of files but also make it a much easier and smoother process.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Drag and drop a folder to a new location to copy all of the files there
2. Add some files to the original folder
3. Copy the same folder to the new location again
4. Dialog pops up for duplicate files, with buttons: Skip, Replace, Replace All, and Cancel

Requested change:
Add a "Skip All" button

Never mind, duplicate of bug 4263

4263 didn't come up in my search because it was already marked FIXED. It was just fixed in Xfce 4.10.

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 4263 ***
